Cellcom Visual Voicemail allows users to manage voicemail messages efficiently on their Android smartphones. Instead of listening to messages sequentially, users can view a list of messages and choose which to listen to, call back, forward, or delete in any order they prefer. This feature enables quick access to important messages and the ability to delete unwanted ones without listening.

This app provides several essential functions for managing voicemail:

• View a list of voicemail messages.
• Play messages in preferred order.
• Pause, rewind, and fast-forward messages during playback.
• Reply to messages via call back or text message.
• Forward voicemail messages through email.
• Change voicemail password.

NOTICE: Cellcom’s Visual Voicemail App uses outgoing SMS messages to communicate with the voicemail server. Cellcom customers are not charged for these outgoing SMS messages.

ALERT: The PCI Security Council has issued a rule in response to security vulnerabilities associated with outdated operating systems. Effective June 30, 2018, the Cellcom Visual Voicemail App will no longer support Android versions below 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) for security reasons. However, versions 4.0 - 4.4.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean, and Kit Kat) will remain supported with the condition that users have an up-to-date version of Google Play Services installed to ensure proper app functionality.
